A block of rooms has been reserved with Special Barbershop Event pricing for this contest. Room Rates for either One King Bed or Two Queen Beds: $145 + Tax. Cutoff for special pricing is Midnight Friday, February 20, 2026. After that time, any rooms available will be at regular hotel rates.
You must reserve your room with the hotel IN ADVANCE by calling them directly at the phone number above, or by clicking on this link (or on the hotel name above). In order to obtain the special convention rate you must identify your self as part of the Barbershop Harmony Group.

All competitors MUST register and purchase an all-event ticket. Non-competitors may purchase an all-event ticket at the same price as a participant to take advantage of early-bird pricing, or they may purchase individual event tickets for the show or contest they wish to attend. Individual show tickets will also be available at the door.
All-Event Registration includes access to the Quartet Contest, the Chorus Contest and the Show of Champions
Early-Bird Pricing for registration/all-event tickets (both competitors and non-competitors) is $45 per person through February 15, 2026. Registration and all-event tickets will be $75 from February 16 through March 12. All-event tickets with competitor registration will be $100 at the door.
Once registered, you may pick up your badge and competitor information at the venue beginning at 2:30 PM on Friday, March 13. The registration desk will remain open until 5:30 PM, and will reopen on Saturday morning, March 14, at 8:30 AM.
All registrations and event tickets can be purchased HERE and must be completed online. You will receive email confirmation after your purchase. You are urged to complete your registration early to take advantage of early-bird pricing.
All competitors MUST be members of the Barbershop Harmony Society in good standing.
There will be an Afterglow following the Show of Champions on Saturday evening. Details on that will be available at the competition/show venue.
